Indoor, or outside on the rocks, climbing is one of the best full body workouts going. It develops endurance, core strength, flexibility and is an incredible performance booster when combined with other sports. It improves your balance, agility, mental endurance and of course, strength. It’s also accessible for everyone and is a lot of fun!

Visit our gym

We can explain everything in about 60 seconds flat. It really is that simple! For more info on the facilities, prices and how to get started, click here.

No experience is necessary, though if it's your first time we recommend you arrive at least 2 hours before we close so that you'll have enough time to go through a brief orientation with our staff and fully explore the facility.

Once you’re with us, we’ll talk you through the basics, make sure you know the etiquette, kit you out with shoes and chalk and off you go!

And don’t worry - there’s always someone there to offer some tips, or ‘Beta’, if you want it.
